I grew up in the Dallas area, in a loving home with parents who taught me what it meant to love and serve God. I came to know and understand the gospel through watching an Easter play that is still in production today. God began to give me his heart for the local church and the nations at a young age through various service opportunities.

After graduating from East Texas Baptist University in 2012, God opened the door for me to serve overseas in Cardiff, Wales. I quickly fell in love with the local church, serving in a number of different ways from leading worship in coffee shops to leading bible studies in schools. Upon returning from Wales, I served on staff at my alma mater in Admissions and Academic Advising. There God provided a way for me to attend graduate school and earn my Master's degree in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling.

I moved back to Dallas in 2018 to begin my clinical hours in order to become a Licensed Professional Counselor. Since then, I have been able to provide therapy to adults and teens at several nonprofits and private practices in the Dallas area. In the counseling room, my desire is to provide women a space to share their heartaches, struggles, and wins; while also encouraging them to walk toward the truth of what God says about us.

My hope for Eastside is that we would be a people who are committed to loving one God, serving others, and reflecting His love to the world around us.
